• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

• Delivery time: 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping fee: Rs. 250
• Free shipping for orders paid in advance (online/prepaid orders)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available — Rs. 250 shipping charge applies

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking update via WhatsApp.

Delays

• While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
